줄거리
1958년의 조용한 교외의 한 작은마을. 사고로 부모를 잃은 매기와 수잔 자매가. 고모인 루스 집에 맡겨진다. 정신적으로 분안정한 루스고모는 매기 자매들을 훈계한다는. 핑계로 잔인한 학대와 고문을 일삼고 심지어 자신의 아들들과 동네 아이들까지 시켜서. 자매를 괴롭히고 입에 담지 못할 행동들을 시킨다.
